Learn to Play- Hockey

The Learn to Play Hockey Program will follow the USA Hockey’s ADM Model and offers the opportunity for boys and girls ages 5-9 to learn and develop all aspects of the game. Skaters work on essential skills over the course of a 12 week session. Players are introduced to team dynamics and competition in a fun atmosphere. All participates receive a team jersey at the beginning of week 3. FULL equipment is required

When: September 21st- December 14th 2016
Skaters will have skills practices on Wednesday evenings 5-6pm and play games on Sunday mornings at 8:30-9:30am. Game play begins week 3.
Requirements: Players must have a strong skating ability. they should know how to skate forward, stop and skate backwards comfortably. If players are coming out of Learn to Skate USA, it would be equivalent of passing Basic 2. Skaters need to provide their own hockey equipment.
Cost:$349 for 12 week session
Equipment list: Helmet, Chest Pads, Neck Guard, Elbow pads, Hockey Gloves, Mouth Guard, Stick, Hockey Pants, Shin Guards, Hockey Socks, Skates.
