Winter Learn to Play will run  January 12th-February 21st

The Learn to Play Hockey Program will follow the USA Hockey’s ADM Model and offers the opportunity for girls and boys ages 4-10 to learn and develop all aspects of the game. Skaters work on essential skills over the course of a 6 week session. Players are introduced to team dynamics and competition in a fun atmosphere. All participates receive a team jersey at the beginning of week 2. FULL equipment is required

Requirements: Players need to be able to skate, they should know how to skate forward comfortably, stopping/backwards skating is helpful but will also be a taught skill. It is preferred that players have gone through Learn to Skate and completed Basic 2. Skaters need to provide their own hockey equipment. Information on gear packages from our pro-shop coming soon!

Cost: $260 for 6 week session

Practices- Tuesday’s 5:15pm-6:05pm Games- Sunday’s 8:15am-9:05am

Due to COVID-19 Guidance:

Skaters MUST be pre-registered and pre-paid for participation.

ALL visitors/skaters entering the arena will need to complete daily COVID screening.  The screening will provide a qr code that guests will use to access our entry system, record their temperature and grant access to the building. Persons without smartphones may complete the screening using another device and print the qr code before arriving at the rink. Persons refusing to participate in the screening or unable to complete the screening will not be allowed into the arena. Persons with questions about the screening solution may email or they may call 603.499.8873, Ext 0. Qr codes are unique to each individual, each day. Please do NOT attempt to enter the building without a valid qr code. Screening is available each day after 12:00am at

Spectators are NOT allowed in the building.  Families and friends may watch on LiveBarn.  Minor-aged participants may have ONE parent/guardian accompany them into the building.   

Skaters are encouraged to dress for LTP at home and put on their skates at the rink.

Skaters may not enter the rink more than 15 minutes prior to their ice time and must leave the rink within 15 minutes after their ice time ice over.  There is no loitering near locker rooms or in lobbies.

Keene ICE is following NH Universal Guidelines and CDC recommendations to protect guest safety to the extent possible.  Guests who do not comply with restrictions or directions will be asked to leave.

Water fountains are closed; participants should bring their own water bottles, filled at home.
